低溫烹調舒肥牛排 ( SousVidel steak )



步驟   

• 牛排調味或醃漬
• 將牛排真空密封
• 放入網籃，置入主郭
• 主鍋加水至淹過牛排
• 溫水浴 : 60C / 50minutes / speed 2 
• 取出拆開密封包裝袋
• 熱平底鍋，大火略煎兩面後起鍋
